Babson College
Four years at the #1 school in America for entrepreneurship.

Babson is built around entrepreneurship, which is exactly why I chose it. I already knew I wanted to build things. I wanted four years around people doing the same.

The experience I still think about most was Len Green's Ultimate Entrepreneurial Challenge, the highest-rated course at Babson and one of the most sought-after on campus. The format was head-to-head: ten teams, each led by a handpicked student CEO, competing on real-world case studies with standings tracked all semester. The room was part of the education: the former CEO of Dunkin' Donuts, the founder of Vitaminwater, and a rotating cast of nine-figure founders joined us in class and on the cases. I was one of the ten CEOs, and I led my team to first place overall in the class. I was also named Most Valuable Contributor.
Four years of pitching ideas, running teams, trying things that failed, and being surrounded by people building something sharpened the way I operate. Synpact started here.
